Securely package the item(s) in their original condition, including all tags, and include the provided RA number on the package.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please allow for processing and banking institution delays, which may vary. The refunded amount will include the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any original shipping charges.
Exchanges
